Work with the right people
Invite members to a specific project and assign work deliberately. A shared HeyInfi profile does not grant access to every project.
Keep a useful record
Track your own time and export a portable project plan. The export includes the plan, not private member identifiers or timesheets.
One family. Your choices stay specific.
Use your existing Auth profile. A remembered, unchanged consent can reduce repeat sign-in steps; each app still keeps its own secure session. Opening this app never grants access to your private notebook.
Your existing service records remain attached to the same profile. Changing the website address does not create a new database or merge accounts.
What to know first
Assigning a task is not permission for an AI or another service to execute it. Importing a plan into Business is an explicit copy, not automatic two-way synchronisation.
