Privacy & choice
Connected services should not mean an open notebook.
Your notebook stays yours.
The personal notebook supports offline use, optional encrypted account sync and export/import. Device-local notes stay in that browser or app until you choose to move or sync them. Do not clear browser storage as part of changing domains.
Sign in once is not share everything.
Participating apps reuse InfiAuth. Each service has its own session and permissions; a service may ask you to choose a profile or approve access. The HeyInfi origin transition is still being verified. We do not claim universal single sign-on yet.
We never merge existing notebook and InfiAuth accounts simply because an email matches. Linking requires proof of control and a separate migration check.
AI and sharing remain choices.
You choose the context supplied to optional AI. Sensitive content is not passed through navigation links. Health, financial and workspace data must not become general companion context without explicit permission.
Keep a copy you control.
Use the source app's export function before moving device-local data. Test importing and reopening in the destination before removing anything. The original addresses and retained backups remain available through migration.
